Could the BlackBerry KickStart that we've all been talking about actually be a BlackBerry Pearl? According to BlackBerry Cool that is exactly the case. BlackBerry Cool is reporting that the BlackBerry Kickstart will appear on Rogers in Q3 2008 under the name BlackBerry Pearl 8220.

It appears that the BlackBerry Curve is coming to Verizon in pink. Just days after T-Mobile launched a Sunset red colored BlackBerry, and even lighter shade of red will show up on Verizon.

Pictures of the upcoming BlackBerry KickStart's OS have been released. BlackBerry News took the shots from the KickStart's device simulator. The pictures reveal a few things.
First, it is evident by the MyFaves that T-Mobile will offer the device. Also interesting is the addition of BlackBerry 8220's CellData, Research In Motion’s answer to Google’s My Location. The service works by using cell towers to estimate your location.

A Pinstack user is reporting he has inside information that the BlackBerry Bold will debut on Rogers on August 12. There have been rumors of a delay from the July release date so it looks like the rumors are turning out to be true. That of course assumes that the Pinstack user has it right. Here's an interesting device that is supposed to stretch and exercise your hands if you've used your BlackBerry too much. The Xtensor is supposed to help people recover from BlackBerry thumb or other hand injuries. Its purpose is to strengthen and rehabilitate your hand.
Does it work? We have no idea and apparently neither does Laptop Magazine. They're giving it a full review though.

Although we've seen celebrities like John Mayer and Lindsay Lohan using the BlackBerry Bold, it hasn't really been officially released yet. The announcement date is rumored to be this Friday, but RIM is already promoting the device in Canada.

The BlackBerry Kickstart 8220 isn't even out yet but it is getting a hardware review by Crackberry. The first flip phone for RIM will come in two versions, the 8210 and 8220. The 8210 will include GPS while the 8220 will include WiFi.
CrackBerry got its hands on a pre-release model so some of their impressions might change when the official model is released. Initial impressions are that the display is pretty good, but the trackball is recessed further than on other BlackBerry models.
