Reports are surfacing that indicate the BlackBerry Bold will hit AT&T on October 2, 2008. BGR has a "high up source at AT&T" that says October 2 is the day. October 2 is a Thursday, so they're expecting the full launch to be the following Monday, October 6.

For months we heard about a touchscreen device supposedly called the BlackBerry Thunder. Gizmodo and BGR went back and forth on whether the device was called the Thunder or Storm. Perhaps they were both right.

Rogers has announced they will start offering the BlackBerry Bold on Thursday, August 21, 2008.
RIM CEO Jim Balsillie told Reuters that the Bold will cost between $300 and $400.
